Homemade chicken soup with taglierini

Homemade chicken soup with taglierini

Portion a chicken and put all elements in the pot (besides brest – you can use it in another meal). Add about 3 liters of water and boil. Add salt, allspice, bay leaf, lovage. Peeled parsley-root, carrot, onion and leek place in the pot with chicken and water. Boil everything about 2 hours. Meanwhile boil pasta Taglierini KAWU according to the instructions on the package. When soup will be ready, put pasta in the plates and pour hot soup. Season with  chopped parsley.

  • One small chicken (1,5 - 2 kg)
  • Carrot - 5 pcs
  • Parsley-root - 3 pcs
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • One small leek
  • Allspice, bay leaf, lovage, parsley
  • 300g pasta Taglierini KAWU
